2. 2023 Commuter Parking Permit Application - Prairie View Metra Station

   This is the Commuter Parking Permit Application for the 2023. Please make sure to fill this form out completely and to provide accurate information regarding the best email with which to correspond, as that will be the main form of contact with the Township.    Payment for and receipt of your parking permit will be arranged with the Township by email. Payment may be made in cash, check (made payable to Vernon Township), or credit/debit. Payment must be received at the the Township Administrative Office.

   Quarterly (Jan '23 to Mar '23):
