2. SHS Student Parking Permit Application - Prairie View Metra Station

   This is the Stevenson Parking Permit Application for the 2022-2023 School Year. Please make sure to fill this form out completely and to provide accurate information regarding the best email with which to correspond, as that will be the main form of contact with the Township. If you would like to receive a copy of this application, please make sure to enter your preferred email a second time at the bottom of this form. 

   Once your form is submitted, a space will be reserved for you on a first come, first serve basis, by section. Payment for and receipt of your parking permit, will be arranged with the Township by email. If the applicant does not come at the arranged pickup time, their reserved spot will be forfeit and they will be reassigned the next available space. 
   
   Payment may be made in cash, check (made payable to Vernon Township), or credit/debit.
   
   WE ARE NOT ABLE TO TAKE PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE. 
   
   All payments must be made IN PERSON at the Vernon Township Administrative office located at 3050 N Main Street in Buffalo Grove.

   Monthly - 35.00 
   1st Half Year (Aug-Dec) - 152.25
   2nd Half Year (Jan-May) - 155.75
   School Year (Aug-May) - 308.00
